Additional Information
| Aroma | A rich plum with mocha nuts and pineapple |
|---|---|
| Distillation | Made on the traditional continous still where the spirit passes over a series of plates before condensing to a water clear eau de vie. |
| Flavour | Great depth and character to this well aged armagnac. Intense richness with great balance and depth. A delightful victoria plum and prune taste with a nutty middle mouth. Fruitiness prevails to the end which is quite long but some toffee and mocha exists in the middle. |
| Grape Variety | Mainly Ugni Blanc and Baco |
| Reduction and Strength | 40% abv |
| Viticulture | The climate is soft and humid with sunny autumns and the soil is made of siliceous clay which is poor in lime, giving Bas Armagnacs a lightness and fragrance with subtle tastes |
