About Château du Breuil
Rich calvados made from fallen apples. 80% of the five apple varieties used are fallen and only 20% are picked from the trees. Around 14% pear is also used for distillation purposes. The calvados is largely rich and intense with baked apple flavours

You have to imagine the smell as a child, coming home from school just as granny is taking a fruit cake out of the oven, this calvados is full of sultana and baked apple aromas and a rich baked apple taste. It is made from 80% fallen apples that have a higher sugar content.
