The 30 year old Dupont calvados is quite special as it has many fine qualities only associated with much older calvados. Dupont hs always made superb calvados and this is no exception. A very large difficulty with making calvados is the need to use pears for acidity which leave a pear drop flavour. In the 30 y.o. the pear drop aroma and flavour is not very noticeable and it is well balanced and smooth. Learn More -
