Details
A very old producer who has made this from just apples. It has a much sharper flavour than the more traditional qualities but a fine example of this firms skills.

|---|---|
| Distillation | The firm still have one of the old mobile stills which they use but most is carried out on a Charentais Alembic of a medium size |
| Flavour | Dry apple with a hint of dry sherry, there are some hints of sage and thyme. |
