Similar to the 12 year old but more mature with floral and delicate herb aromas. It is well balanced and shows no aggressive qualities common in other Napoleon cognacs.

|Distillation||In both 12 and 25 hectolitre stills between 71 and 72 degrees. No water is added to the new eau de vie|
|Flavour||Some nutty flavours. A hint of coffee and vanilla with a little oak, medium dry flavour.|
|Grape Variety||Ugni Blanc and unusually, Colombard and Folle Blanche|
|Reduction and Strength||Eau de vie mixed with distilled water. Aged in oak before final blending. Small dilution.|
|Viticulture||Chateau de Beaulon produce eaux de vie from Ugni Blanc Folle Blanche and Colombard and allow the grass to grow between the vines|
