About Hermitage Ambleville
From the centre of the top cru. The area around Ambleville in the centre of Grande Champagne produces probably the truest character of the cru not just from the terroir but also from the traditions of the people who make the cognacs which tend to be of greater dryness but which will also keep for a very long time to develop into some of the very finest.
