About Hermitage Segonzac
The Hermitage cognacs from Segonzac are produced in the centre of Grande Champagne and are sold exclusively by Brandyclassics. They are extremely rare and are some of the very finest supplied by Brandyclassics. Both examples have been awarded a Masters Medal.

The Diamond Jubilee really had to be something very special and this remarkable 60 year old meets every criteria of fine cognac. This was made by one of France’s finest distillers and kept in the family for more than 60 years developing the qualities much sought after by experts and connoisseurs alike. | Aroma | This is an absolutely magical aroma which becomes apparent after it has stood for a while. There are aromas of plums, nutmeg, cloves, medlars, kumquats, dried papaya, almonds and a host of other wonderful smells |

| Ageing | Aged in damp cellars in 350 litre casks for 60 years. The cellars are extensive and the firm has much experience in developing these fine cognacs |
| Distillation | This cognac was distilled in one of two 25 hltr stills with a relatively narrow head and short swans neck |
| Flavour | The taste is even more magical than the aroma. There is a tangy richness to this masterpiece of cognacs and a taste complexity of many flavours including roasted nuts citrus peel, tobacco, nutmeg limes and kumquats. Coupled to all that there is a rancio which somehow enhances all the flavours, marrying them together in a totally balanced harmony and long aftertaste. This is a masterpiece and worthy of a Queen. |
