About Chateau de Beaulon
This small producer is based in a beautiful chateau in South West Charente and is famous for it’s blue lagoon. The chateau is open in the summer months and welcomes visitors to the lagoon and gardens. Tasting at the chateau is always welcome. There is a small charge for entry. The firm is owned by Christian Thomas whose son, Christophe is president of the Bureau National Interprofessionel du Pineau.
Details
Delicious award winning red pineau with port like qualities. Drink it cold for best results. This is an aperitif in France but often drunk with desserts in the UK.
