The initial nose of this fine cognac is that of arrowroot, walnuts and cooked cabbage. After standing in the glass there is also a pleasant aroma of sweet biscuits. The taste of dried citrus peel followed by bitter almonds and biscuit stays long on the palate. Despite its strength the cognac has good balance and firmness. |
