Chateau de Beaulon 1975
- Price:
- Excl. VAT: £156.20 Incl. VAT: £187.44
This fine cognac, produced in Saint-Dizant-du-Gua overlooking the Gironde is produced from a mixture of ugni blanc, folle blanche and colombard which provides the fruity peach like flavour. There are a number of soft spicy flavours with honey and vanilla. Although Ch de Beaulon is a fourth cru cognac, it’s position near the Gironde is over a particularly porous section of chalk sub strata and there has been a concerted effort to upgrade this section of Fins Bois to Petite Champagne because of the high quality of the cognacs produced.
