About Chateau de Beaulon
This small producer is based in a beautiful chateau in South West Charente and is famous for it’s blue lagoon. The chateau is open in the summer months and welcomes visitors to the lagoon and gardens. Tasting at the chateau is always welcome. There is a small charge for entry. The firm is owned by Christian Thomas whose son, Christophe is president of the Bureau National Interprofessionel du Pineau.

An entry level cognac from this fine house set in a large estate which includes a famous blue lagoon. There are some light hazelnut and floral tones in this well balanced cognac

| Flavour | Very fruity, angelica and raisin, perfectly balanced, round. Good character rarely found in a cognac of this age. |

| Reduction and Strength | Eau de vie mixed with distilled water. Aged in oak before final blending. Small dilution. |
