|Distillation||Made on the traditional continous still where the spirit passes over a series of plates before condensing to a water clear eau de vie.|
|Flavour||Intense richness with great balance and depth. A delightful Victoria plum and prune taste with a nutty middle mouth. Fruitiness prevails to the end which is quite long but some toffee and mocha exist in the middle.|
