Delord Armagnacs can be found across the world in varying presentations but we prefer the green basquaise bottle in wooden boxes.
|Aroma||Yellow peach, tea, angelica, candied orange and spices|
|Ageing||Aged in damp cellars.|
|Distillation||Distilled at around 54-58 degrees. Lower than other brandies, providing greater wine flavours but less refinement than cognacs.|
|Flavour||Beaultifully round with a good length. Fruity flavours with dried citrus notes and a grape and mandarine finish.|
|Grape Variety||Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Baco.|
|Viticulture||The climate is soft and humid with sunny autumns and the soil is made of siliceous clay which is poor in lime, giving Bas Armagnacs a lightness and fragrance with subtle tastes.|
