These armagnacs are distilled at a slightly higher range which tends to provide more dried fruit flavours whilst still maintaining the plummy flavours of Bas armagnacs.

|Distillation||Probably distilled around 60 - 63 degrees, distilled in traditional Alembic plate stills.|
|Flavour||A wonderful armagnac house whose style is consistent across their small range of vintages. Flavours of cocoa, burnt coffee and spice with a long finish. Their balance is very good with extra strength complementing the taste.|
|Grape Variety||Baco 50%, Ugni Blanc 25%, Folle Blanche 25%|
|Reduction and Strength||Only very slight reduction, armagnacs are sold at their optimum strength .|
|Viticulture||The climate is soft and humid with sunny autumns and the soil is made of siliceous clay which is poor in lime, giving Bas Armagnacs a lightness and fragrance with subtle tastes|
