A quite remarkable cognac from an old cellar in Juillac le Coq. Distilled over a century ago, it comes from the same cellars as another superb Hermitage cognac from 1914.

Viticulture | The area where this was made is close to the river Né. The chalk here is particularly porous and the vines grow well along this side of the river where their roots are said to penetrate up to thirty metres into the ground. |
