50th Anniversary Gifts

To reach a half century anniversary is a very special occasion indeed so, for those starting out in 1969, we have some equally special gift ideas. We sell the very best brandy from France – vintage cognac, vintage armagnac and vintage calvados – and each one makes the perfect gift for the man or woman ‘who has everything’. Our 50th anniversary gift ideas have either been aged in an oak barrel for 50 years before they were bottled, or they were distilled 50 years ago in 1969 - which was of course a notable year in history. Neil Armstrong, aboard the Apollo 11 mission, became the first man to step foot on the moon with those immortal words “That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind”. The Beatles released their final album, Abbey Road, together and the cover featured the iconic photograph of John Lennon, Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney and George Harrison walking across the zebra crossing outside the recording studio. On television, Sesame Street debuted and Monty Python’s Flying Circus was shown for the first time. It was an eventful year in more ways than one! For many, the 50 year anniversary really is the big one and what better time to spoil those special people in your life than with a unique and apposite present? We have many brandy lovers who shop on our website so when you are looking for the perfect 50th anniversary gift this really is the place to be. Whether you buy cognac, buy armagnac or buy calvados, it can be delivered to almost any address worldwide with your personal message in a gift card. So, go on, help those really important friends, relatives, work colleagues, team mates, employees, or employers celebrate their golden jubilee in style with exceptional, good brandy.
