There is an area of Grande Champagne, South East of Cognac where some of the finest cognacs are made. The small village of Juillac le Coq grows some of the nicest vines in the region and it is from here that the Hermitage 1928 Cognac comes. The flavour is clean with a light nut straw and citrus aroma. The rancio is one of a dry straw but rich quality. This is a cognac not to be missed.
