This Pineau des Charentes is a mix of 25% 'eau de vie' made from the Ugni Blanc grape in Grande Champagne and 75% grape juice made entirely from the Merlot grape. It has been aged for between 3 and 6 years.
|Ageing||Pineau is aged in oak casks for between around 3 and 15 years. This Forgeron pineau is aged for between 3 and 6 years and mellows in the cask.|
