This is a perfect example of a classic Grande Champagne Cognac that has reached full maturity with exquisite velvety roundness. Hine only selects Grande Champagne cognacs drawn from exceptional harvests to be aged as vintages. They are stored in Hine's own cellars, whose situation on the banks of the river give exceptional ageing conditions; temperatures range from 10 to 20 degrees and the humidity rate is close to 80%. Such conditions produce elegant cognacs with body and a wonderful complexity of wood tones.
