Similar to the 12 year old but more mature with floral and delicate herb aromas. It is well balanced and shows no aggressive qualities common in other Napoleon cognacs.

Additional Information
- Aroma:
- Some dry spice, floral tones, nut and vanilla, some vine cane
- Distillation:
- In both 12 and 25 hectolitre stills between 71 and 72 degrees. No water is added to the new eau de vie
- Flavour:
- Some nutty flavours. A hint of coffee and vanilla with a little oak, medium dry flavour.
- Grape Variety:
- Ugni Blanc and unusually, Colombard and Folle Blanche
- Reduction & Strength:
- Eau de vie mixed with distilled water. Aged in oak before final blending. Small dilution.
- Viticulture:
- Chateau de Beaulon produce eaux de vie from Ugni Blanc Folle Blanche and Colombard and allow the grass to grow between the vines
