Provenance

The new range of Hermitage Provenance Cognacs was originally designed for our export markets where presentation and age statements are highly regarded. They offer cognacs from the top crus with specific barrel ages, providing a clear indication of the maturity of each cognac in the range. Most of our cognacs come from the top cru Grande Champagne where ageing is slower than those from other crus and the exposure to the tannins in the oak barrels provide increasing richness the longer the cognacs can remain in their casks. Hermitage naturally aged Cognacs are award winning cognacs, some are packed in our new presentations depicting the cognac distillation process on their presentation boxes with information and data on each cognac in line with our policy of education and support with all our cognacs. The presentations are modern and attractive and offer the perfect gift opportunity. When you buy Hermitage Provenance Cognacs, you know you are buying the finest cognacs. They are not highly blended neutrally flavoured generic offerings with additives, they are single estate cognacs with age statements, with individuality and the provenance of generations of small distilleries where family tradition and quality are paramount. Hermitage Provenance Cognac is our expression of cognac perfection.

    "Unbelievable flavours" Judges comments

A soft, smooth cognac with very moreish qualities. Petite Champagne cognacs mature marginally quicker than those from neighbouring Grande Champagne. This cognac was aged for over 30 years to produce it at its very best.
