- This cognac is pure joy. The rancio is immediately noticable on the nose but a citrus orange marmalade, floral and yeasty aroma comes through

- Distillation:
- The stills are c15 hltr size and a good shape to minimise rectification
- Flavour:
- The complexity of this cognac is light and fruity but there is also a fresh walnut and wonderful light rancio. The complexity combined with the delicate tastes make this one of the finest tasted
