This cognac is highly regarded and one of our favourites. It has flavours of hazelnut, cocoa and nutmeg and comes in a new presentation.
|Aroma||Round with fruit and spice on the nose.|
|Distillation||There are 2 tulip shaped stills of 25 hltr. The firm distils on the lees and believe in making pure cognacs without the use of additives.|
|Flavour||Hazelnut, cocoa and nutmeg.|
|Grape Variety||Ugni Blanc and Colombard.|
|Reduction and Strength||Gradual reduction with distilled water over several years.|
|Viticulture||Chalky, thin soils give way to high limestone content from the surface down. Montmorillonite clay provides good structure and water reserve.|
