Nusbaumer Kirsch Eau de Vie Classique is a beautifully clear cherry brandy from Alsace, crafted with precision and tradition. Bright and aromatic, it offers pure, vibrant notes of fresh cherries with a clean, elegant finish. A classic eau de vie, perfect served chilled as a digestif or used to elevate fine cocktails and desserts.

- Aroma:
- Very fragrant aromas of the ripe fruit.
- Ageing:
- After distillation it is aged in stainless steel barrels for seven years to obtain this unique roundness and finesse.
- Distillation:
- After a natural fermentation of five weeks, the stones are removed and the fruits are distilled in a traditional and artisanal way in one of their small copper stills.
- Reduction & Strength:
- At the end of the ageing period, it is reduced to 45% with water from Nusbaumer's mountain spring. This water, that passes through the schist bedrock, is of great purity and gives clarity of flavour.

- Located in Alsace in the heart of the Val de Villé.
