The traditional French eau de vie distilled from the lees of the grapes used to make Gewurztraminer wine. Since 2009 this brandy has benefited from a Controlled Origin Calling (AOC). Marc de Gewurztraminer eau de vie is a fiery, water clear spirit usually served cold. The Gewurztraminer grape gives the finest and most fragrant brandy among the marcs. Resembling the Italian Grappa, in addition to its digestive properties, this alcohol is also often used in desserts.

- Aged in a stainless steel cask for several years to obtain roundness and fullness of flavour.
- Distillation:
- Following a natural fermentation of 4 to 6 weeks, this marc is distilled in a traditional way, with plenty of pure water, in one of their small four copper stills.
- Flavour:
- Powerful, clear brandy with a long finish.
- Reduction & Strength:
- After ageing, it is reduced to 43% with water from their mountain spring.
