A Limited Edition of this highly popular 35 Year Old Single Estate Cognac with flavours of candied fruit, walnut and cacao. One of the best producers located in the Petite Champagne cru, Bertrand has only produced 1200 of this presentation. The stunning carafe and presentation box will make an extra special gift.

Additional Information
- Aroma:
- Cedar wood, dried fruit and vanilla.
- Ageing:
- Aged in French oak from Limousin and Tronçais forests.
- Distillation:
- Bertrand use a pair of 25 hltr stills. The still heads are tulip shape thus preventing an excess of rectification. Cognacs are distilled close to the legal maximum of 72 degrees.
- Flavour:
- Candied fruit, walnut and cacao.
- Grape Variety:
- Ugni Blanc and Colombard.
- Reduction & Strength:
- Gradual reduction with distilled water over several years.
- Viticulture:
- Chalky, thin soils give way to high limestone content from the surface down. Montmorillonite clay provides good structure and water reserve.
