Blackcurrants from the Alsace are luscious and strongly aromatic. The Supreme of Cassis is a double crème de cassis made from an infusion of berries in blackcurrant brandy. It’s delicious in a Kir or on ice and tastes stronger than the fresh fruit.

- After infusion it is reduced it to 20% abv with water from their own Vosges mountain spring. This water has passed through a schist bedrock and is of great purity and clarity of flavour.
