From the Alsace region of France, the Nusbaumer distillery produces more than 70 different products (brandys, liqueurs, brandy creams and fruits). About 60% of the fruits used in the production come from Alsace and the rest from the Rhone Valley (including pears) or from importation (exotic fruits for example). In order to always have an equal product quality, the distillery is really careful when selecting fruits: some years, they might buy very little fruits if the weather hasn’t been good during that year. However, never to be out of stock, they have a spare supply of two years and a half.
