This Wild Raspberry Liqueur crème is created by infusing fresh wild raspberries in a raspberry brandy distilled the previous year. Nusbaumer’s crèmes, like their liqueurs, are intentionally offered at a high alcohol level with a low sugar dosage to offer natural and unique flavours in the traditional cream category.  Delicious in cocktails or served on ice.

It is reduced to 20% with water from their own Vosges mountain spring, that passes through a schist bedrock is of great purity and gives clarity of flavour.

Located in Alsace in the heart of the Val de Villé, Nusbaumer expresses the richness of its terroir and fruits in this liqueur.
